Returns & Exchange Policy

Please understand that we only allow returns, exchanges or refunds for following items:

1. Defective Items.

The exhanges are subject to inspection. Upon inspection, if item is deemed defective or wrong item shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a refund back to the same form as the original order payment method, or you can keep the credit amount for the next purchases.

2. Wrong Items Shipped.

Item that was shipped different from the invoice can be returned or exchanged.

To be eligible for an exchange the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags and must be accompanied by the original return form and customs documents (if applicable).

Returns are accepted within 2 days from the received date. Please kindly notify us first by email to before returning the items back to our office.

The shipping credit amount is subject to the following: For domestic orders, please arrange the returns using our appointed courier. For international orders, please use standard shipping method by local post office. The full amount will be reimbursed.

The Return and Exchange Policy described above applies only to online purchases made through our website


Vestax Handy Trax USB Warranty Info:

Any products sold by us carry a 12-month limited warranty from us (Vestax does not offer international warranty).

If there is any unfortunate case of a Vestax product that is beyond repair, you may send it back to us (at your cost) and we will return it back to you at our cost.

Of course, users need to understand that Handytrax is not meant for scratching. They need to get a proper turntable instead.
